CURRENT LAYOUT
Version 21 of Firesenshi.com features the adorable Kouda Mikako modeling part of her Happy Berry clothing line. I've been on a big Yazawa Ai kick lately, and after reading some of the latest scanlated Gokinjo Monogatari (Neighborhood Story) I was inspired to use Mikako in a layout. This page is definitely in the mood for spring! I suppose I'm in the mood for warm weather since we've had a few warm days here and there.In a nutshell, the story of Gokinjo Monogatari is about a group of students at the Yaza Arts School, primarily Mikako and her childhood friend Tsusumo. The plot centers around the students, their friends and their loves. It's a coming of age story. It is a very heartfelt and adorable story, and I strongly recommend it to anyone. If you are familiar with the manga Paradise Kiss, well Gokinjo is the first part of the story, as Sakurada Miwako from Paradise Kiss is the younger sister of Kouda Mikako.
For the page design I used of Paint Shop Pro for the graphics, and Arachnophilia for the coding. I code everything by hand, except for the image slicing which I use the graphics program for. The font used for the text is 36pt Pickwick. The image used is from Determination.
